Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of SnapReport and SnapReport Pro.

1. Using SnapReport

SnapReport is a tool for creating and sharing professional reports and PDFs. You are responsible for the information, photos, claims, and files you enter, generate, or share through the app. Only use content you have the right to use and share.

SnapReport is not legal, financial, engineering, inspection, or compliance advice. You are responsible for checking each report before sharing it and for meeting the rules that apply to your work, customers, and location.

2. Free use and Pro

SnapReport may offer a limited number of free reports. SnapReport Pro unlocks the Pro features and limits presented in the app and at checkout. Features may evolve as we improve the service.

3. Subscriptions

SnapReport Pro is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription. The price, currency, billing period, and any applicable taxes are displayed by Apple App Store or Google Play before you confirm a purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your Apple or Google account before the applicable renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's subscription settings. Restore Purchases is available for eligible purchases linked to the same store account.

Payments, refunds, and billing disputes are handled by the platform through which you purchased the subscription, subject to that platform's terms and policies.

4. Availability and changes

We aim to keep SnapReport available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We will not deliberately remove access to a paid entitlement that your store account has validly purchased, except where required by law or to address misuse, fraud, or security concerns.

5. Your responsibility

Please keep copies of important reports outside the app. The current version stores reports on your device and does not provide cloud backup or account-based report recovery. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for confirming recipients before sharing a PDF or WhatsApp message.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SnapReport is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from information you choose to include in, rely on, or share through a report.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as SnapReport changes. The current version will always be posted here with an updated date.
