Privacy Policy

This policy explains how SnapReport handles information when you use the SnapReport mobile application.

1. The information you put in a report

SnapReport lets you enter report details such as business information, customer or job details, notes, photos, and a customer WhatsApp number. In the current version, this information is processed and stored on your device so that you can create, view, and share reports.

SnapReport does not provide user accounts, cloud report storage, hosted report links, or cross-device report sync in the current version. Deleting the app may remove locally stored reports and photos. Please keep your own copies of any reports you need to retain.

2. Camera and photo access

SnapReport requests camera or photo-library access only when you choose to add photos to a report. Photos are used to build your report and PDF. You can decline these permissions, though photo-related features will then be unavailable.

3. Sharing and WhatsApp

When you choose to share a PDF or open WhatsApp, SnapReport uses your device's sharing tools or opens WhatsApp with the information you choose to send. WhatsApp and any other app or service you select handle that shared information under their own policies. SnapReport does not send reports to WhatsApp automatically.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

SnapReport Pro subscriptions are sold through Apple App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to help validate subscription status, provide purchase restoration, and manage access to Pro features. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may process purchase-related data, device identifiers, and transaction information as needed to provide these services. Their policies apply to their handling of that information.

5. Support

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include in your message and use it to respond to your request. The in-app support action opens your email app; it does not silently upload your report content to us.

6. What we do not use in this version

SnapReport does not include advertising, an analytics SDK, a cloud database for reports, or remote upload of your report photos in the current version.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as SnapReport changes. We will post the revised version here and update the date above.
