Privacy, in plain language.
This policy explains how ZaxSky Lab handles information in Equity & Ego: Startup Story ("Equity & Ego").
Data stored on your device
Equity & Ego stores your active company, settings, achievements, owned content, story progress, and a last-known-good save backup on your device. You can export this local data or delete the active company from Settings. ZaxSky Lab does not receive this local save data.
Purchases
Apple or Google processes payments. RevenueCat is used to verify permanent purchase entitlements and restore them across your current and future companies. RevenueCat may process an app-specific user identifier and purchase history for this purpose. Equity & Ego and ZaxSky Lab do not receive your full payment-card details.
Optional rewarded ads
When enabled in a native release, Google AdMob supplies optional, player-initiated rewarded ads. Google User Messaging Platform is used for consent and privacy choices where required. The game requests non-personalized ads and does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission.
Equity & Ego has no banner ads, app-open ads, or forced interstitial ads. Google and its advertising partners may process device, ad-interaction, diagnostic, and approximate-location information as described in Google's policies and according to your consent choices.
Optional diagnostics
Crash details are retained locally in a small rolling log. Anonymous diagnostics leave your device only if you enable Share anonymous diagnostics in Settings and ZaxSky Lab has configured an online diagnostics service. Diagnostic events exclude founder and company names. No server-side diagnostics service is enabled in the initial public release.
Global Player League
The online Global Player League is disabled in the initial public release. If it is introduced later, joining will be optional and will require separate confirmation. This policy and the in-game notice will be updated before that feature sends any leaderboard information.
Retention
Local game data remains on your device until you delete the active company, clear the app's data, or uninstall the game. ZaxSky Lab does not currently retain server-side diagnostics or leaderboard records because those services are disabled. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and AdMob retain information under their own policies and legal obligations.
Sharing and sale
ZaxSky Lab does not sell personal information. Limited information may be processed by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and their service providers to complete purchases, restore entitlements, show an optional rewarded ad, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Children
Equity & Ego is not directed to children under 13, or the applicable minimum digital-consent age in their country. Personalized advertising and an unrestricted public-name leaderboard are not enabled.
Your choices and requests
You can disable sponsor offers and anonymous diagnostics, reopen ad privacy choices where available, export local save data, and delete the active company from Settings. Apple or Google controls purchase refunds and account-level purchase records.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game, service providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version will show its effective date on this page.
