These Terms apply to your use of Subha.
Personal Use
Subha is provided for personal dhikr, learning, and progress tracking.
Religious Content
Subha includes source-checked dhikr content and references. The app is not a substitute for qualified religious guidance.
Free And Pro Features
Core dhikr, source details, and basic counting remain free.
Free users may voluntarily watch a rewarded ad to preview one selected premium counter for 30 minutes. The preview has no cash value, is tied to the device, and may expire if app data is removed. Ads are not shown automatically. Pro remains ad-free.
The preview is available only in app versions that offer rewarded ads, and ad availability is not guaranteed. An incomplete ad or failed load grants no preview. A previously granted preview keeps its original expiry.
Subha Pro includes the premium features described on the purchase screen at the time of purchase. Features labelled "later" are planned and are not part of the current purchase promise.
Purchases
Subha Pro purchases are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play according to their terms. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless cancelled through the store account settings. The lifetime product is a one-time, non-consumable purchase for the current Subha Pro entitlement. Prices and taxes are shown by the store before confirmation. Refund requests are handled under the applicable store's policies.
Any free trial or introductory offer is available only when shown by the store for your account. Opening the purchase screen or watching a rewarded ad does not start a subscription. You must confirm a purchase through the store.
For the iOS app, Apple's standard Terms of Use (EULA) also apply.
Local Data
The current build stores counts and settings on your device. If you delete the app or reset app data, local progress may be lost unless a backup feature is added later.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation, or present app-generated progress in a misleading way.
Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
